What documents do you need?
In order to properly evaluate a claim for mortgage litigation it will become necessary to review and or audit your closing documents for violations of state and federal lending laws. We will review and or audit your loan documents well before suit is filed to give us the best chance at settlement prior to going to court. Many lenders will agree to make changes to your loan, or accept a deed in lieu after being presented a list of lending violations without the need for court.
In most cases we can get all of the information we need from the following eight to ten loan documents:
